About These Terms

These terms apply whenever you order from Zahrat Al Wurood, whether through this website or via WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them. We're a flower boutique based in Dubai Marina, and we've written these in plain language — if anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain.

Products & Pricing

All prices on our website are shown in AED and include what's described in the product listing. Prices can change from time to time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

Because flowers are a natural, seasonal product, the exact stems, colours and photography in a bouquet may vary slightly from the product photo — the style, quality and value are always kept consistent with what's shown.

Placing an Order

You can order directly through our website checkout, or by messaging our team on WhatsApp with the arrangement, delivery address and preferred time.

Please double check the delivery address, recipient name and phone number before confirming — accurate details help us avoid delivery delays.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery, card payment at your door, or payment arranged directly through WhatsApp. We do not store card details on our website.

Delivery

Orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the same day anywhere in Dubai; we also deliver across the other Emirates. Delivery is free on orders over AED 299.

You'll receive real-time updates from our delivery team via WhatsApp. If a specific delivery time is important (e.g. a surprise or an office delivery), let us know when ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, our team will contact you by WhatsApp or phone to rearrange.

Flower Substitution

Flowers are a fresh, living product sourced daily, so on rare occasions a specific stem or colour in your chosen arrangement may not be available. If this happens, our florists will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value and a similar style, so the overall look and quality of your bouquet is preserved.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because most orders are prepared and dispatched for same-day delivery, changes or cancellations can only be made before your order has been prepared. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll accommodate changes wherever we can.

Once an arrangement has been made up and dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Fresh Guarantee

We stand behind the freshness and quality of every arrangement. If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us on WhatsApp with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace the arrangement — no questions asked.

Wedding & Corporate Orders

Bespoke wedding and corporate arrangements are quoted individually based on your requirements. We recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can plan sourcing, styling and delivery logistics together, especially for large or date-critical events.

Final quantities, colours and delivery details for these orders are confirmed directly with our team via WhatsApp or email before the order is finalised.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
