What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?
Place your order before 3 PM and we deliver the same day anywhere in Dubai. We also deliver across all Emirates.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 299. Real-time WhatsApp updates are sent from our delivery team so you always know where your flowers are.
What if I am not happy with my arrangement?
We offer a 100% fresh guarantee. If your arrangement isn't perfect, we replace it — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, card at the door, or pay directly via WhatsApp — whichever is easiest for you.
